Overview
Freedom Fight Night needed a complete event graphics package produced and installed for a fight night activation in Phoenix, AZ.
The project included branded step-and-repeats, promotional booth graphics, sponsor backdrops, standing displays, flags, wrapped refrigeration graphics, ID badges, and guest lanyards.
The Ask
The event required multiple branded display areas, including a large 24-foot step-and-repeat and a standard 10-foot outdoor step-and-repeat.
The package also included recreating graphics for an existing trade show booth to promote F3 Fuel, a new energy drink brand tied into the event presentation.
The Solution
The production package covered a wide mix of event graphics, from sponsor backdrops and booth panels to product displays, flags, badges, lanyards, and wrapped refrigerator graphics.
The installation was completed within a one-day window, giving the event a cohesive branded environment across indoor and outdoor presentation areas.
The Result
The finished installation gave Freedom Fight Night a polished, sponsor-ready visual presence throughout the event space.
From photo backdrops and press-style walls to promotional product displays, the final graphics package supported the event experience and helped create strong visibility for the featured brands.
