Promotional Concert Graphics
A one-night branded concert graphics package produced for McDonald’s in Chicago, including exterior fence banners, a hallway of banners, lanyards, cardstock printing, installation, and next-day removal.
Overview
McDonald’s needed a branded graphics package produced for the Beat of My City promotional concert in Chicago, IL.
The project included exterior banners, branded fence wraps, an oversized stage backdrop, a hallway of banners for the guest queue, and smaller printed items for the event experience.
The Ask
The event required a full banner package for a one-night concert, with graphics used to brand the entrance, queue area, stage, and supporting event touchpoints.
The project also required exterior banner installation before the event and a return visit the following morning to remove and dispose of the temporary graphics.
The Solution
The production included black branded banners that wrapped the exterior fencing and helped define the entrance experience for concert guests.
A large 16-foot by 30-foot stage backdrop banner was printed for the main event presentation, along with the hallway of banners used in the concert queue area. Smaller printed pieces included lanyards and cardstock items to support the event branding.
The Result
The completed graphics package gave the McDonald’s promotional concert a cohesive branded environment from the exterior entrance through the guest queue and stage area.
After the event, the team returned the following morning to remove and dispose of the temporary graphics, completing the project from production through takedown.
